Congratulations, Sophie! Graduation Ceremony of GIPA Class of 2004

On July 3the U.S. Department of State-funded Georgian Institute of Public Affairs held a  graduation ceremony for the class of 2004.  52 students from the School of Public Administration and Local Government Program received diplomas of graduation.  Among the students were employees of the U.S. Embassy and USAID.  Mr. Zurab Zhvania, Prime Minister of Georgia, Ms. Tamar Sulukhia, Minister of Infrastructure and Development, and Ms. Rowena Cross-Najafi, Public Affairs Officer of the U.S. Embassy, greeted the graduates and congratulated them on the start of a new stage in their professional lives
