U.S. Senate Majority Leader, Bill Frist, Leads Congressional Delegation to Georgia
April 11 – 12, 2006, Senate Majority Leader Bill Frist (R - Tennessee) will lead a U.S. Congressional Delegation to Tbilisi to meet with leading Georgian officials. Joining Senator Frist are Senator Judd Gregg (R - New Hampshire), Senator Richard M. Burr (R – North Carolina) and the Honorable Emily J. Reynolds, Secretary of the U.S. Senate.
The purpose of the Delegation’s visit to Georgia is to hold official discussions with high-ranking government officials regarding political, economic, and security issues affecting U.S. – Georgia relations.
The Senators are accompanied by their wives, Mrs. Karyn Frist, Mrs. Kathleen Gregg and Mrs. Brooke Burr.
